Veggie mince pie
I just love how tempting these pies look. Uniquely rustic with their gluten free puff pastry and 'V' leaf design slightly different on every one.
Each pie is packed with vegan mince, loads of fresh veggies, herbs and spices so you just know it will have that trademark Muffinery flavour.
Great with a cold salad in Summer or warming Winter veggies or chunky chips/wedges, the choice is yours .... they're great eaten just on their own if you're feeing peckish.
