Blueberry & sultanas with spicy cinnamon
This muffin is packed with antioxident blueberries and to add a little extra sweetness to their sharpness there are also juicy sultanas added to the mix. To complete the muffin I've added a hint of spicy cinnamon making it an great all round winner.
