ALLERGEN STATEMENT

Products are cooked in a kitchen environment where allergens may be present. 

Separate freezers are used for business purposes however refrigerated goods are stored in the same refrigerator as non-business foods. Within that refrigerator separate shelves are used for business and non-business food.  All non-business food is vegan, however may not be gluten-free.

Preparation areas are cleaned thoroughly before the commencement of baking, and separate bowls, utensils, chopping boards and ovens are used for preparing and cooking. 

Strict controls are in place to prevent cross contamination but for severe allergy sufferers we advise that these products are not suitable.
