Frequently asked questions

Are the muffins freezable?

Yes, they will stay fresh in the fridge for around 3-4 days from baking but are best frozen if not using within this time.

Can the muffins be eaten cold?

They can, and I believe some customers do but personally I think they taste much better warmed up fresh from the oven. If eaten cold they will still need to be warmed up out of the foils to crisp up the outsides.

How do you eat the muffins?

They are extremely versatile. They can be eaten on their own as a quick snack or as a more substantial meal with things like salad, chunky homemade chips or wedges, pasta, veggies, rice, or a Muffinery side dish like the Beetroot and Applewood  coleslaw or Mediterranean Quinoa. The options are endless.

Where are you based?

I am based in Birmingham but as it's an online business, I dispatch to any UK address as long as it's covered by Royal Mail or UPS.

Can I collect my order from you?

No, as it's a residential address, the council do not allow me to have customers coming to the house as it may disturb neighbours if there is too much footfall.

Do you have a shop or is there somewhere I can buy them from?

No, the only place you can buy from at the moment is the website. As things return to normal my stockists will grow and they will be listed on the website also.

How long will my order take to get to me?

That depends on how it's sent. If you opt for Royal Mail, officially your order can take up to 2 working days. If you pay for it to be sent via next day (on dispatch) courier it should get to you the following day after I've sent it, however it can take a few days in busier times such as bank holidays, Easter and the lead up to Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE - As 2020 has been an unusual year due to Covid-19, dispatch can take up to 5 working days.

Do you have nutritional information for the muffins?

At the moment I don't have this. The business only started in November 2019 and I didn't get the chance to sort this before circumstances changed. I will definitely be looking to get this done as soon as times are 'normal' again.

Are all the muffins vegan and gluten free?

Yes, 100%

Can you send my order directly to someone for a special occasion?

Yes, your order can be sent to any address. All you need to do is put the address you'd like it to go to in the 'Shipping address' box and your address in the 'Billing address'.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, if the order is for a special occasion, I'm more than happy to add a short message. I have a selection of nice little gift cards.
